Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Domiciliary Care Worker to support individuals in their own homes. This role involves assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring the well-being of clients.
Responsibilities
✔ Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
✔ Assist with meal preparation and feeding if required.
✔ Administer or prompt medication as per care plans.
✔ Offer companionship and emotional support.
✔ Help with light household tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
✔ Support clients with mobility and transfers.
✔ Escort clients to appointments or social activities.
✔ Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns.
Requirements
✅ Minimum 3 months of experience in domiciliary/home care.
✅ NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable but not mandatory).
✅ A caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
✅ Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
✅ Good communication skills.
✅ Right to work in the UK.
✅ A valid UK driving license and access to a car (mandatory).
