This policy operates in accordance with:

If cancellation occurs within the 14-day period:
If no services have been delivered or made available, you may be entitled to a full refund.
If services have been made available but not accessed, a full refund may still apply.
If you have accessed or commenced any part of the service, including but not limited to:
logging into your account

programme participation
then you acknowledge that service delivery has begun.
In such cases:
you may be charged for services already provided
any refund may be reduced proportionally or may not be available
Where you expressly request services to begin during the 14-day period, you acknowledge that your cancellation rights may be limited in accordance with the Regulations.
Once the 14-day cooling-off period has expired:
cancellation requests will not normally be accepted
fees paid are non-refundable, except where required by law
contractual payment obligations remain in effect
Refunds, where applicable, do not include services already delivered, including but not limited to:

consultations, assessments, or administrative processing
This reflects the provision of partially performed services under UK consumer law.
If a candidate secures employment, engagement, or a job opportunity during the training or recruitment process:
this will be treated as an outcome of the services provided
it does not create entitlement to a full or partial refund
Where services are paid through instalment payments:
continued access to services is conditional upon timely payments
If instalment payments are unsuccessful or missed:
access to the services may be suspended or terminated
payments already made are non-refundable, subject to statutory rights
Hollborn Recruitment Ltd may suspend or terminate services where there is:
unsuccessful or missed payments
repeated unresponsiveness or lack of engagement
provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information

In such circumstances, refunds will not normally be provided, except where required by law.
If a candidate voluntarily withdraws from a service or programme before completion:
payments already made may be forfeited
refund decisions will be assessed in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and applicable law
Non-completion of a programme does not automatically entitle a client to a refund.
Refund eligibility and conditions are determined strictly in accordance with the signed agreement between Hollborn Recruitment Ltd and the client.
Specific programme details, fees, and refund terms are outlined in the individual service agreement and may vary between programmes.
Where applicable, refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or post.
