Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to manage a full range of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to post-completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and self-motivated legal professional to join a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential and commercial conveyancing files from instruction to completion and registration.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing queries promptly.
- Review title documents and draft/review legal documents such as contracts for sale, transfer deeds, and mortgage deeds.
- Conduct thorough due diligence including searches, investigations, and compliance checks.
- Liaise with estate agents, lenders, surveyors, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progression of transactions.
- Identify and resolve risks including title issues, restrictive covenants, and boundary disputes.
- Ensure all files and procedures comply with conveyancing laws, SRA regulations, and internal policies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years of PQE in conveyancing.
- In-depth knowledge of UK property law and the end-to-end conveyancing process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong client relationship abilities.
- Capable of managing a high-volume caseload efficiently and accurately.
- Proficient in using conveyancing software and legal case management systems.
