In August 2023, that vision became a reality with the formal establishment of Hollborn Recruitment Limited. This milestone marked the transition from freelance consultancy to a fully structured organisation, built to support employers, job seekers, students, and partners through compliant, transparent, and professional services.

Today, we provide recruitment solutions, career training, employability support, business partnerships, and recruitment-led global mobility and student consultancy services. Our approach is centred on understanding people, aligning skills with opportunities, and supporting informed career and workforce decisions.
