Key Responsibilities
✔ Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and efficiency.
✔ Provide detailed information on accommodation options, availability, rates, and special offers.
✔ Process bookings, changes, and cancellations accurately through the property’s reservation system.
✔ Recommend suitable options tailored to guests’ needs to enhance their stay experience.
✔ Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and service coordination.
Requirements
✅ Females only (as per company policy).
✅ Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality (preferred).
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
✅ Proficiency in reservation software and Microsoft Office (preferred).
